wij willen u op de hoogte brengen van de volgende belangrijke informatie:
- We betalen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de goederen (d.w.z. wanneer we de geretourneerde artikelen hebben ontvangen) of van het bewijs dat het artikel of de artikelen aan ons zijn geretourneerd, terug
- We zullen al het ontvangen geld terugbetalen, inclusief de kosten voor uitgaande bezorging, maar als u een duurdere methode hebt gekozen dan de goedkoopste, standaard standaard leveringsoptie die wordt aangeboden, zullen we alleen de standaard standaard leveringsoptie terugbetalen die u had kunnen kiezen
- We hebben het recht geld af te trekken van restituties wanneer goederen tekenen van onredelijk gebruik vertonen die tot waardevermindering leiden. De kosten hiervoor bedragen 30% van de productprijs.
Beschadigd tijdens transport
Als u goederen ontvangt die tijdens het transport zijn beschadigd, verzoeken wij u:
- Onderteken de pakbon waarin staat dat de goederen beschadigd zijn aangekomen
- Als de goederen incompleet zijn of er is een tekort, meldt u ons binnen 3 dagen na ontvangst van de goederen
Defect binnen garantie
Als een product binnen de garantieperiode een defect vertoont, heeft u naar onze keuze recht op reparatie, terugbetaling of vervanging.
Goederen die als defect worden geretourneerd en waar geen fout wordt gevonden, worden teruggestuurd naar de klant.
